7-year-old boy struck on Bustard Road in Towamencin after running into street

Police declined to identify the child, who was flown by PennSTAR helicopter to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, but said that he was walking with a relative, who was also pushing a younger child in a stroller at the time of the accident.
